? Small parcel items shipped using Amazon partnered carriers that are damaged due to inadequate packaging

你看一下要不要創建移除訂單（create a removal order）把產品召回，千萬不要再讓它回到FBA倉庫里，畢竟你不知道這件商品的condition是怎樣的，如果它被轉入另一個買家手里，很可能會出問題。好好檢查一下吧

好的，我知道了。謝謝哈！我有把它召回了。不知道它的condition怎樣，實在不行就只能處理掉了

之前我們也收到了一些“customer damaged”的退貨，很多的condition都沒問題，還是可以重新出售的（因為有些只是包裝壞了，產品還是完好的）

召回的話只能回到美國當地或者國內嘍？亞馬遜有沒有提供重新包裝的服務呀，我們的外包裝破了10多個呢
