有一單FBA的，買家說退貨了，可是沒收到退的錢。我去看了下，確實沒退，叫她點“退貨”、聯系亞馬遜，就可以拿到退款。
她說客服讓她聯系我，還有如果我不退錢，她就去舉報。那應該由我來退么？
